Until the 1940's and 1950's, Chocolate Pecan was the first of four in the original cast of flavors that made the Straits of Mackinac famous for fudge. Vanilla Pecan, Chocolate Rum Pecan, and Maple Pecan accompanied Chocolate Pecan to provide the wealthy Lower Michigan and Chicago vacationers a treat they would not soon forget. Whole Georgia Pecans still make it a customer favorite. One 1/2 pound slice.
